Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female subjects (both married and unmarried) aged between 18-30years irrespective of caste, socio-economic status. Subjects with regular menstrual cycles. Subjects with clinical features of cramping or pain in lower abdomen during menstruation, associated with or without nausea, vomiting, headache and diarrhoea. Subjects with the clinical features of Udavartini yonivyapad. Subjects who are volunteering to participate and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of secondary dysmenorrhea due to any pelvic pathology, such as uterine fibroids, abdominal hernia, adenomyosis, endometriosis or pelvic inflammatory diseases. Lactating and currently pregnant women. Subjects suffering from Metrorrhagia, menorrhagia, menometrorrhagia, oligomenorrhea. Subjects using oral contraceptives or other hormonal treatment within the past three months.
