Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient aged 20-65 years of either gender who will be admitted in SSG hospital for surgery under general anesthesia requiring orotracheal intubation . Able to understand study procedure and give consent . Mild to moderate difficult airway as per SARI score .
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Refusal by patient to participate in study Body mask index more than 35 Pregnant female Facial trauma or polytrauma or cervical spine pathology airway obstruction or oro nasal pathology Mouth opening less than 1.5 finger Active Respiratory illness ASA grade ASA IV and ASA V
