Inclusion criteria: Post-operative Ano-rectal patients operated under local anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known case of Renal Failure, Crohn s disease, ulcerative colitis and rectal carcinoma patients. Diagnosed cases of HIV, HBsAg, Anti- HCV and T.B. Pregnant and lactating females
