Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females with adult acquired flat foot Age group between (40-50) were included Subjects with navicular drop test positive Subjects who are willing to participate in the study Jacks test negative(Rigid flat foot) Gynaecological history of women who undergone c section and normal vaginal delivery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unilateral flat foot Subjects with previous history of lower limb fracture or surgery Uncooperative subjects Subjects with psychological disorders Subjects with neuro muscular condition Subjects with arthritis conditions Subjects with degenerative conditions Subjects with lower back pain and inter vertebral disc prolapse Males are excluded in the study
