Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinicaly diagnosed pt of fissure in ano

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients having fissure-in ano secondary to Ulcerative colitis Chrohn s diseases Tuberculosis 2 Malignancy of rectum and anal canal Patients with fissure in ano associated with conditions like hemorrhoids and fistula-in- ano.
