Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 20-70years both males and females ,Patients presenting with symmetrical polyarthritis , Anti-CCP antibodies greater than 20IU/mL

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other severe systemic illness ,Pregnant women, lactating mothers, Immunocompromised patients
