Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Although both materials groups aid to bone regeneration and periodontal healing,a statistically and clinically significant difference in the gain of Relative Clinical Attachment Level (RCAL), reduction in Vertical and Horizontal Probing Depths (VPD and HPD), and radiographic bone fill between the DFDBA + chorion membrane group and the DFDBA + collagen membrane group at baseline, 3 months, and 6 months post-surgery in Grade II furcation defects is expected.Timepoint: Follow up at baseline,3 months and 6 months | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| A measurable and statistically significant difference in clinical parameters Gingival Index (GI), Plaque Index (PI), Periodontal Probing Depth (PPD), and Relative Clinical Attachment Level (RCAL) from baseline to 3 and 6 months post-surgery, indicating the effectiveness of the treatment modalities under evaluation. Timepoint: Follow up at baseline,3 months and 6 months | — |
