Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18-80 years Willing to give consent for participating in the RCT. Patient undergoing foam sclerotherapy with ambulatory phlebectomy for varicose veins of tributaries.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence or history of deep vein thrombosis. Prior history of deep vein thrombosis Allergic to sclerosants Associated arterial and neuropathic problems Pregnant and lactating women Prior history of trauma Acute venous thrombosis or prior foam sclerotherapy-induced symptomatic superficial thrombophlebitis. Previous temporary neurological event related to foam sclerotherapy. Patients who refuse consent.
