Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -single rooted maxillary and mandibular anteriors and mandibular premolars -teeth with caries and old restorations -teeth having diagnosed with necrotic and infected pulp clinically -radiographically periapical lesions with PAI Index score 1 to 3 -patients without any systemic diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -patients with known medical history -pregnant women -cases requiring retreatment -teeth with calcified canals, immature apex, sinus opening, external and internal resorption and teeth exhibiting grade III mobility -periapical lesions with PAI index score 4 and 5
