Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 40-55years who have attained menopause 2. Women who is having clinical features of Menopausal syndrome 3. Patient fit for Basti procedure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)age less than 40years and more than 55years 2) Patient with pre existing medical condition like DM, HTN
