Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female having chronic mechanical neck pain with pain duration more than 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Both male and female having any any cervical and shoulder thoracic injury,any traumatic surgery,any other form of treatment ,acute and subacute type of neck pain.
