Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Young cooperative children with no history of systemic illness 2.Tooth with carious pulp exposure, diagnosed as having irreversible pulpitis 3.Tooth with at least 2/3rd of root length present 4.Tooth showing radiographic signs of pulpal or interradicular pathosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with special health care needs 2. Tooth with severe mobility 3. Pathologic bone loss
