Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of Major Depressive Disorder as per ICD-10: moderate depression and HDRS (14-23): Mild to Moderate Depression Patients willing to participate in the study and give informed written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from any other known cardio respiratory, neurological or endocrinological, systemic disorders as assessed by history and detailed clinical examination Patients suffering from other psychiatric disorders: alcohol/substance abuse, psychotic features, suicidal tendency Female patients who are pregnant or lactating Patients with contraindications for TMS: Major head injury, epilepsy, metallic implants in head and neck areas Patients who have completed participation in any other clinical trial during the past six (06) months and any other condition which the Investigators think may jeopardize the study
