Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals who use a computer for at least 3 hours per day Participants who have been using a computer regularly for a minimum of 6 months Both male and female participants Individuals willing to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a history of trauma or surgery to the affected arm or elbow Individuals diagnosed with other neuromuscular or orthopedic conditions affecting the upper limb (e.g., carpal tunnel syndrome, cervical radiculopathy, arthritis) Individuals currently undergoing treatment for Lateral Epicondylitis Pregnant women Individuals unwilling or unable to complete the survey
