Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with active stable psoriasis defined by skin biopsy DLQI more than 10 at baseline Patients who are willing to sign the informed consent form and agree to return to follow-up visits

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients on biologics corticosteroids or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory applications or who made use of these topical medications within 15 days before inclusion and or 30 days before inclusion when the administration was oral. Patients using Psoralen plus ultraviolet radiation (PUVA), cyclosporine, alefacept, methotrexate, acitretin, or any other systemic anti-psoriasis therapy within 28 days of study drug initiation. Pregnant and/or nursing women Patients using oral anticoagulants Patients who are not diagnosed with Psoriasis Patient aged below 18 years and above 65 years Patients with systemic disorders like Diabetes, Hypertension, Hypothyroidism, female patients with Post menopausal syndrome etc. Patients under antidepressants and painkillers.
