Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants must have a minimum of 2 years of regular volleyball training. At the time of study, participants must be actively involved in sports and free from acute injuries. Participants who are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players with h/o shoulder pathology like shoulder dislocation, RC pathology, labral injury, adhesive capsulitis, degenerative arthritis & subacromial impingement. Players with h/o cervical trauma or cervical spine pathology like cervical disc prolapse, cervical myelopathy, cervical radiculopathy. Players with spinal & shoulder surgeries Players with spinal deformities like kyphosis, hyperlordosis. Participants with positional vertigo, episodic dizziness, cervicogenic headache or migraine Participants previously diagnosed with scapular dyskinesia due to long thoracic nerve palsy
