Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient diagnosed with head and neck cancers and Patients planned for operative intervention including selective neck dissections, modified radical neck dissection, radical and extended radical neck dissection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients of head and neck cancers planned for non-operative management(chemoradiotherapy, palliative management and previous surgery) and Patients with pre-existing marginal mandibular nerve injury

To determine the percentage of immediate postoperative factors responsible for marginal mandibular nerve dysfunction after various cases of neck dissection.Timepoint: At baseline, 8 weeks & 1 year
