Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases with chronic complaints. Patient with their consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with the acute disease will be excluded. Patient with mix Predominant type of temperament will be avoided. Cases with Irreversible pathological changes and Auto-immune disorders.

MeasureTime frame
Which types of disease are more in patient with phlegmatic type of temperament.Timepoint: Baseline (Day 0): Initial assessment including detailed case taking, temperament evaluation using temperament assessment tools, clinical examination, and relevant laboratory investigations (if required). Remedy selection as per totality of symptoms. Follow-up assessments: Every 15 30 days depending on the clinical condition of the patient. Each follow-up will include evaluation of presenting symptoms, general well-being, assessment of disease evolution, and remedy adjustments if necessary. End of study (9 months): Final clinical assessment to evaluate the improvement in presenting complaints, evolution of disease status, and overall response to homoeopathic treatment based on phlegmatic temperament analysis.

1. Change in temperament characteristics assessed at baseline and at 9 months. 2. Improvement in general well-being as reported by the patient during each follow-up and at 9 months. 3. Reduction in tendency to develop new chronic complaints assessed during follow-ups and at the end of the study. 4. Change in abnormal laboratory findings (if applicable) measured at baseline and at the end of 9 months.Timepoint: 1. Baseline and at 9 months. 2. Every follow-up (every 15 30 days) and at 9 months.
