Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patient schedule for various elective surgery under general anaesthesia required endotracheal intubation. 2 Patient willing to give written informed consent. 3.Body mass index less than 30kg/m2. 4.American society of anaesthesiologist (ASA) class 1 and 2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient required post operative mechanical ventilation . 2.Patient with known allergy to ondansetron. 3.Patient in whom metoclopramide has been used for aspiration prophylaxis.
