Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects aged between 30 to 80 years with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus 2.Subjects having visual disturbances like Blurred vision, Distorted vision, Floaters. 3.Fundoscopic findings revealing Opthalmoscopic Features of NPDR(Mild,Moderate,Severe) and Early PDR (Without HRCs) 4.Patient of patient attender reading and willing to participate and ready to sign informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus and Gestational Diabetes Mellitus 2.Subjects with know case of PDR with HRCs, Diabetic Maculopathy, Advance Diabetic Eye Disease, Glaucoma, Mature Cataract 3.Subjects with Retinopathies of Blood Dyscrasias 4.Subjects with Complete Loss or Sudden Unxplained Loss of Vision 5.Subjects associated with other diagnosed systemic disorders - Renal, Cerebrovascular Disease
