Intervention1: Muscle Energy Technique: 3 days a week for a period of 4 weeks Control Intervention1: Positional Release Technique: 3 days a week for a period of 4 weeks.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects willing to participate. Both Male and Female. Age: Between 20 yrs to 55 yrs. Subjects having Chronicity of condition equal or more than 3 years. Subjects having experience equal or more than 3 years. Subjects who are working equal or more than 3 hours per day. Subjects having Numerical Pain Rating Scale 3-7 Score. Subjects having Neck Disability Index Mild to Moderate Score.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with major surgery within 3 months near neck region. Subjects with severe musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary disorder condition.
