Intervention1: Free flap surgery with Microvascular Anastomosis: Micro vascular free flap surgery which is most preferable method to reconstruct the head and neck defect in which anastomosis are done

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with head and neck oncosurgery defect who will need micro vascular surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any patient with past history of anti platelet or anti coagulant Any patient who is already on DVT prophylaxis Any patient with Liver Disorders Any previous history of irradiated neck Infected neck

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
primary outcome from our center sample study was there was no clinical significant role of heparin in preventing microagulopathy in free flap post operativeTimepoint: Patient was evaluated at regular interval till POD 5 every 2 hourly.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcomes like delayed flap necrosis & infection were noted during sample studyTimepoint: Detailed flap observation & clinical signs were evaluated till POD 21 every 5 days after discharged from hospital
