Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient with head and neck oncosurgery defect who will need micro vascular surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any patient with past history of anti platelet or anti coagulant Any patient who is already on DVT prophylaxis Any patient with Liver Disorders Any previous history of irradiated neck Infected neck
