Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for unilateral elective PCNL surgery classified as American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I, II & III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with contraindications to regional anesthesia (coagulopathy or bleeding disorder, local infection at the proposed block site) or Known allergy to local anaesthetics
