Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants presenting with swelling,pain,burning sensation & erythema with a history of HNPV. 2.HNPV envenomation within 24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Snakebite otherthan HNPV 2.Participants in the unconscious state 3.Participants with CKD 4.Participants with wound at the bite site 5.Pregnant women and lactating mothers
