Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient having sign and symptoms of sandhivata like pain in joint,swelling in joint,stiffness pain on pressure, muscle weakness and impairment of movement with pain, bony crepitation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnant and lactating women severe mental illness traumatic arthritis,rheumatoid arthritis,psoriatic arthritis,reactive arthritis,septic arthritis, and gouty arthritis patients who are known case of any type of malignancy,chronic renal failure, rheumatic heart disease acute illness like CVA, MI,Severe Hypertension and Hormonal imbalane like DM
