Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 40 to 70 years The patients with classical signs and symptoms of Sandhivata given in various texts as well as the clinical features of disease of OA given in Modern medicine. Patient who gave the consent to participate in study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age group less than 30 years and more than 70 years. Patients having past history or actively suffering from from other inflammatory disease like RA, out, Septic Arthritis etc. Cases with severe deformities of joint and having major complications are excluded Pregnant and lactating women. Patients having substantial abnormalities in Haematological, Hepatic, Metabolic function, and systemic disorders like Diabetes and Hypertension. Avaranajanya Sandhivata.

pain in joints crepitus pain during extension and flexion loss of motion and range swelling in affected joint morning stiffness tenderness in jointsTimepoint: follow up every 15 days for months and every 15 days without medication for 1 month
