Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I & II 2. Age 18 to 60 years 3. Gender : Both Male & Female 4. Informed and written consent 5. Tumors less than 6 cm size 6. Patients extubated on table

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with deranged coagulation profile 2. Patients with allergic history to local anesthetics 3. Pregnancy 4. Patients refusal 5. Patients with fever
