Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Group A Periodontally Healthy subjects with clinically non-inflamed gingiva, Probing pocket depth(PPD) less than 3mm, no clinical attachment loss(CAL), no bleeding on probing(BOP). Group B: Gingivitis group with PPD greater than 3mm, no CAL, BOP score of greater than 30%. Group C: Periodontitis group with PPD greater than 5mm, CAL greater than 3mm with BOP score of greater than 30%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and Lactating women. Medically compromised patients. Subjects who underwent any surgical procedure in the recent six months.
