Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Train and play the sport atleast three times weekly for one hour each session. Playing the sport for atleast one year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If any acute injury in past two weeks. History of lower limb and/or spinal surgery in one year. Any cardiovascular disease.
