Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Low-risk multigravida between 37 to 42 weeks of gestation. 2. Those with a single live pregnancy with vertex presentation, adequate pelvis, presenting in active labour. 3. Those willing to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. All those with high-risk pregnancies, including preterm delivery, fetal distress, premature rupture of membranes, and post-term pregnancies. 2. All those landing up in C-section. 3. All conditions contraindicated for paracetamol. 4. Those unwilling to participate in the study.
