Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Presented with a broken instrument in the root canal or had an instrument separate during treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with serious systemic illnesses like tuberculosis, sepsis, leukemia, COPD, malaria, or those who were pregnant were excluded.
