Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals who have screen timing for more than 6 hours/day CVA (craniovertebral angle) less than 50 degree as measured by Kinovea software. Patient having localised neck pain for minimum 4 weeks. Age group of 18 to 45 years Both male and female
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant females Any history of cervical fracture or trauma and cervical surgery Any history of diagnosis of cervical radiculopathy and myelopathy Participants having local skin problems in region to be mobilised Any other condition that precludes their participation in study
