Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All unmarried and married women aged between 18 to 30 years of age with no pelvic pathology. Regular painful menstrual cycle graded by V.A.S scale (score more than grade 3) and V.R.S scale (score more than 0).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All unmarried and married women aged between 18 to 30 years of age with pelvic pathology. Pregnant females. Lactating Females. Females taking O.C.P.
