Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Recreational Basketball players of age group between 18-30 years. 2. Athlete Identity Measurement Scale (AIMS) scoring. 3. Participants willing to participate. 4. Both male and female players.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any orthopedic or neurological condition reported by the participants recently. 2. Any reported surgery within 6 months. 3. Unable to follow the commands.
