Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses working in Eldercare facilities. Nurses who provide direct patient care and oversee the work of caretakers. Nurses who are professionally qualified Registered Nurses with GNM and above

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses who have already done any certificate course or training program on Geriatric Mental Health. Nurses who are on Maternity Leave/ long leave more than two months from the working area.
