Intervention1: Thoracic epidural at T4-T5 level: Thoracic epidural catheter will be placed at T4-T5 level under strict aseptic precautions in the operating room before induction of general anesthesia

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1 and 2 Patients able to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA grade 3 Contraindications for epidural anesthesia Failure to provide informed consent
