Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Known cases of hypothyroidism , having the disease for more than 1 year Patients on thyroid hormone replacement therapy 2.Euthyroid individuals( TSH levels between 0.45 -4.49 mlIU/L )

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals to whom hartaki cannot be given 2.Individuals having low BMI below 20 and ( krush,karshita, ati adhva, bala varjit, ruksha, langhana karshit,pittadhik, vimukta rakta ) 3. Known cases of Dementia, Alzheimer s disease, mental disorders and psychosomatic problems, 4. Known cases of Cerebral diseases, Thyroid Cancer, Congenital thyroid disorders, and other major Endocrinal diseases 5.Patients having uncontrolled diabetes or hypertension 6. Any major Systematic illness, 7. Pregnant and lactating women
