Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. History of unilateral lateral ankle sprain. 2. History of self reported giving way, instability or recurrent sprain in past 6 months. 3. Actively involved in competitive/ collegiate basketball training. 4. Cumberland ankle instability tool score less than 24

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of ankle fracture 2. History of surgery in the hip, knee and ankle 3. History of musculoskeletal disorders, cardiovascular or metabolic disorders 4. Any psychological disorder or sleep disturbance 5. Any other ongoing treatment for ankle instability
