Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Corporate workers. BMI- 23 to 35.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with severe illnesses. High doses on medications Went through any types of recent surgery With unstable heart conditions

The outcome of the study will have differences in literacy, along with improvement in the body composition, diet behavior and modifications in lifestyle.Timepoint: data collection will be 3 times, pre, during and post(day 0, day 30 and day 60).
