Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patient with classical features of Kasa 2 Age limit 18 to 60 years irrespective of gender 3 Patients who are willing to sign the consent form 4 Patients willing to take complete treatment 5 Duration of illness not more than 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients below 18 and above 60 years of age 2 Patients with uncontrolled DM and HTN 3 TB and HIV positive cases and other cardiovascular diseases 4 Patients suffering from chronic infections and malignancy 5 Pregnant women and lactating mothers 6 Patients taking treatment under psychiatric disorders
