Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of age group 18-60 years posted for elective Below Knee surgeries. Patients with ASA 1,2,3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal allergy to the study drug hemodynamic instability local infection at the site of injection
