Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Teeth with periodontitis, periodontal-endodontic lesions or endodontic pathology. 2. Type 1 extraction socket defect wherein four intact bony walls are present. 3. Patients with good general systemic and oral health 4. Patients in the age group of 20-60 years 5. Patients willingness to participate and follow study protocols
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Teeth with large periapical pathologies with presence of sinus tracts or fistula 2. Patients with known systemic diseases. 3. Pregnant or lactating women 4. Patients who are smokers and alcoholics
