Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All individuals above 18 years of age admitted with any one of the major mental illness which is Psychosis OCD BPAD and OCD will be included in the study Caregivers of persons with major mental illness currently admitted will also be taken for data collection Nurses with at least two years of experience in psychiatric hospital will be included for data collection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe medical comorbidities and substance use disorders will be excluded from the study
