Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Individuals aged 19-40 years 2 Diagnosed with myopia by ophthalmology dept 3 Presence of asymptomatic forward head posture - CV angle less than 48 degrees 4 Consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Individuals with other significant ocular or neurological disorders 2 History of recent cervical spine trauma 3 Participation in other postural or ocular rehabilitation programs 4 History of recent cervical or ocular surgery 5 Any dental surgeries in the past 6 months

Design outcomes

Primary

1 Improvement in visual acuity (Snellen chart) 2 Reduction in intraocular pressure (tonometry) Timepoint: Baseline assessment and Post intervention assessment after 4 weeks

Secondary
