Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with lakshanas of Mandagni as mentioned in classics, H/O symptoms within 3 months, Persisting symptoms more than 3 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 16 years and more than 60 years, Preganacy and Lactation, Severe Renal/Hepatic/Cardiac disease, Patients with psychic disorders, Patients diagnosed with any structural disease of GIT, Agnimandya as a symptom of other disease.
