Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient fulfilling the diagnostic criteria which are based on signs and symptoms of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia will be selected for study. Prostate weight between 30 to 80 gm. Post void residual volume of urine between 50 to 200 ml.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient of prostatic malignancy, prostatitis. Patient having other urological pathologies like ca-bladder, urethral stricture, cystitis Increased Sr, Creatinine and blood urea above normal range. Large prostate weight more than 80 gm
