Intervention1: High intensity interval training: 6 repetition of 30 meter sprint 4 set with 20 sec recovery between repetition and 240sec recovery between sets. Total duration of the study is 6 week.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: professional football players with 1 year of playing experience and training 5 times a week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: musculoskeletal injury in past 3 months goalkeeper history of fracture in past 6 months
