Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged between 2 and 14 years who are newly diagnosed with adenoid hypertrophy, exhibiting symptoms such as snoring, mouth-breathing and obstructive breathing during sleep, and confirmed by lateral neck radiography, will be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Immunocompromised patients, nasal structural disease, prior tonsil or adenoid surgery, craniofacial abnormalities
