Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as stroke (WHO and AHA guidelines). 2. Patients aged 18 years or older at the time of diagnosis. 3. Patients admitted in our hospital within 7 days of symptom onset.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of traumatic brain injury leading to intracranial hemorrhage. 2. Pregnant or lactating women. 3. Patients who decline participation. 4. Patients with any other neurological disorders mimicking stroke.
