Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Retrospective Component: All patients (age greater than equal to 18 years) with positive HAV IgM test results from Jan 1, 2022, to Dec 31, 2024 Prospective Component: All consenting adults (age greater than equal to 18 years) with cirrhosis admitted in Gastroenterology Department between 1 July 2025, and September 30 2025 Patients with negative or unknown HAV vaccination status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 years Pregnant women Inability to provide informed consent (for seroprevalence and attitudes components) Previous documented HAV vaccination (for attitudes and intervention component only)
